Repairs & Replating

Like all pieces that are well loved and often worn, your jewellery may need a little care over time — and we want you to enjoy it for as long as possible.

With continued wear, you may notice some natural changes: silver may tarnish, gold plating may begin to fade, or fine elements may bend or break. We offer a professional polishing and re-plating service to restore your piece to its original lustre, as well as repairs for more significant wear or damage.

Warranty

All of our jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, under normal conditions of wear and when cared for in accordance with our care guide.

This includes one complimentary replating service within the warranty period, should your piece show signs of natural wear.

If your item is under a year old and you believe it may be faulty or in need of replating despite proper care, please contact us - we’ll gladly assess and arrange the necessary work.

Please note that pieces showing signs of significant misuse, accidental damage, or where care instructions have not been followed may fall outside the scope of the warranty.
