​All our pieces are handcrafted to order, please allow between 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. ​Once your order is ready we'll send you a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.

Standard shipping -  please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery depending on your location.

 US Standard shipping  please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery depending on your location.

​REST OF THE WORLD Standard shipping - please allow 7 to  10 working days for delivery.

Please note we can not be held responsible for any taxes or custom fees deemed by your country's legal regulations upon delivery. We kindly advise you to check what rules apply before making a purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Carolina de Barros Jewellery, we handcraft each piece to order in our London studio, with care and attention to every detail.

We hope you enjoy your jewellery. Should you wish to return an eligible purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit, please contact hello@carolinadebarros.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. 

All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging. We don't accept returns of any made-to-order, bespoke or engraved pieces.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. We suggest choosing a tracked service with suitable insurance and retaining proof of postage.

For international returns, clearly label the outside of your parcel and the customs declaration “Returned goods”. Include your original order number and follow the shipping instructions supplied by us.  

We will issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving your return. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
